It is important for us to understand what exactly is covered by your insurance plan in order to determine the total cost of your surgery. We also need to find out what evaluations or requirements your insurance plan has in order to schedule surgery.

Medicaid or Medicare?
If you are insured by Medicare or Medicaid, we do not need to verify your insurance. Select your insurance to proceed and view the requirements for weight loss surgery.

Insured but bariatric surgery is not covered ?
If your insurance does not cover or approve bariatric surgery, we still may be able to use it to cover a portion of your procedure!
